PAYMENT
All prices are in Pound Sterling. All goods purchased via our website must be paid for at the time of order by credit or debit card [Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Switch and Solo].
Payments can also be made over the telephone or on delivery by cash or cheque [with guarantee card only].
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you have placed an order, you will be issued with an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We suggest you print this page and retain a copy for future reference.
We will also send a copy of these details to the email address given during the order process (first email), please note that this email is an acknowledgement of and not an acceptance of your order.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Acceptance will occur when your order has been processed and despatched. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will send you a second email to tell you so.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel your order by telephone only within 24 hours of placing your order. Please quote the order number from your order acknowledgement. In the event of cancellation in accordance with these terms a full refund will be made.

We trust that you will always receive an excellent service. However, in the event that you have a complaint about any aspects of our service or products please contact us.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We regularly update and develop our stock selection and some items may become unavailable. Equally, this may occur because of the seasonality aspect of some of our products. If an item on your order is out of stock we will inform you of that fact and advise you ofthe next expected delivery date, an alternative product, or offer a refund if payment has already been made.
