Here at Sporting Memories we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However we realise that from time to time our customers might not be totally satisfied with our products. If you have recently purchased a product from Sporting Memories and would like to return it please see the simple steps below:
Returns Authorisation
If you decide you no longer wish to purchase the goods after they have been delivered we must be notified within two days following the receipt of your order.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Sporting Memories. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. To receive an RMA, contact us by emailing roy1010@orange.net. You will be given the RMA # and the address for the returns.
Upon receipt of an authorized return, Sporting Memories will provide a refund to you.
Returning the Item
When re-packing the item - wrap the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
Please note - We do not refund any item that has been returned to us in a damaged state.
